How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online at www.atlasfightwear.com . If you experience any issues, please contact us via the Contact link at the top of the page or via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/atlasfightwear

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay via Paypal or using a credit card.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using our checkout. Simply proceed with the check out process and click on the button “Pay with Paypal”. On the following screen select “Pay with credit or debit card”. You will then be taken to a secure area where you can pay using your credit card.

What countries do you ship to?

At this stage we only ship within Australia. If you are overseas but still want to support us, please see the following question. We will look to setup overseas distributors in the near future.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship overseas by exception. If you live outside of Australia please contact us and we will obtain a shipping quote.

What method of postage/shipping do you use?

At this stage, we only use Australia post’s parcel post.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

We will generally ship items within two business days after receiving payment. Depending on where you are located, it can take between 1-5 days for your item to arrive after it has been sent. If you need your item quicker, please see below.

Can you send me my items via express post?

If you need your order quicker than normal, please let us know by contacting us. We can send you your items via express post, however, extra charges will apply.

Why are there so many sizes of gis?

Atlas Fightwear believes that it is imperative to have a well fitting gi. A well fitting gi is crucial to both how you feel and roll. Most of the time, people are required to chose from the standard A1 – A5 size range. This would be fine if we all had similar body types but unfortunately this isn’t the case. Choosing from standard sizes often means that you are forced to make a sacrifice in the fit. For example, the gi might be the correct height and length for your body type but may be extremely loose in the body.

To alleviate this, Atlas Fightwear has produced gis in a range of sizes and aims to provide you with the best fitting gi available. We have gis for the petite, tall, short, standard and larger sized athletes. If you are not sure on the best size to suit, please contact us. We are more than happy to help.

Do your gis shrink?

All our gis are pre-shrunk. However, gis will naturally experience some shrinkage depending on how they are washed, dried and cared for. To minimise shrinkage, we recommend washing our gis in cold water and air drying them.
